Irene Mae White Eyes, 75, of Pine Ridge, S.D., passed away January 9, 2013, in Scottsbluff, Neb.
A two night wake service will start at 12:00 p.m., Monday, January 14, at Billy Mills Hall, Pine Ridge.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at the Billy Mills Hall, Pine Ridge, with Pastor Al Wilson, Scottsbluff, Neb., officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be led by Mr. Noah Horse and Mr. Waylon Gaddy.
Burial will be at Holy Cross Episcopal Cemetery, Pine Ridge.
Survivors include sons, Thomas Jimenez Jr., Lincoln, Neb., and James (Lisa) Jimenez, Las Vegas, Nev.; daughters, Sally Sandoval and Donna Jimenez, both of Scottsbluff; spouse, Tomas Jimenez Sr., Scottsbluff; 21 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents, James Clarence White Eyes and Stella Romero; brothers, Robert, Francis, and Mickey White Eyes; son, Leo Mouseaux; grandson, Sparky Sandoval; granddaughter, Grace Denali Jimenez; and great-granddaughter, Denali Irene Virginia Gonzalez.
