Rosebud Sioux Tribe Transportation
Subject (RFP 19-027)
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Transportation Program will be accepting sealed bids for period of 10-days for the purchase of one (1) 25 passenger bus / two (2) 15 passenger vans and two (2) mini vans.
Sealed bids should be submitted with a sealed envelope clearly marked (subject RFP 19-027) on front of the envelope. Failure to mark envelope will result in a no bid and will be mailed back to sender. Rosebud Sioux Tribe will not accept e-mail, fax and or telephone bids. Sealed bids will be accepted until close of Business February 1, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. All bids will be publicly opened on February 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. CDT at the RST Administration building in the Treasurer’s Office.

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive formalities, or accept any bid or combination thereof which appears to serve the best interest of the Tribe. Award of the project will be subject to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Business regulatory requirements and a bidder shall submit to the RST Transportation the appropriate Buy America certification with all offers on FTA-funded contracts. Bids that are not accompanied by properly completed Buy America certification are subject to the provisions of 49 CFR 661.13 and will be rejected as nonresponsive. The two signature blocks on the Buy America certificates are mutually exclusive. Bidders shall sign only one signature block on the certificate. Signing both signature blocks will make the bid nonresponsive. A false certification is a criminal act in violation of 18 USC § 1001.
