Special Meeting

January 6, 2020

The Special meeting of the Bennett County School District 3-1 was called to order by President, Mike Olson at 5:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Board President Olson. Board members present: Alexander, Fanning, Harris, Huber, and Olson. Administration present. Superintendent Halverson, Secondary Principal Redden, Middle School Principal Pierson, Federal Programs Director Ready, Co-Business Manager Coyle and Robinson. Absent: Elementary Principal, Kuxhaus. Others present: Tim Huether, Larry Gauer, Tim Cheever, Jessica Jager, Gary Rayhill, Dennis Bakley. 

84.0-20 Fanning moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Huber. All voting aye, motion carried.

No public communication.

No disclosure of conflict of interest.

85.0-20 Presentation of the floor plans for the high school addition was given by Tim Cheever, Upper Deck Architects, Inc. Questions were taken from the public and answered.

86.0-20 Huber moved to adjourn at 5:44 p.m., seconded by Harris. All voting aye, motion carried.
