According to state law in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that the following vacancy will occur by the termination of the term of the following elective officials. Member of the Board of Trustees for a three-year term. Petitions can be filed with the Finance Officer of the Town of Batesland not more than 40 days nor less than 20 days preceding the day of election.
