Three Bennett County FFA seniors, Frank Huber, Gabe Fanning, and Timmothy Fanning, attended the National FFA Convention, held in Indianapolis, Ind., October 29 through November 2.

With an Expo of more than 400 vendors from across the nation, dozens of workshops to open their eyes to modern agriculture, and unique entertainment such as a hypnotist, touring the Indianapolis Speedway, and watching the World’s Toughest Rodeo – the boys had no problem staying busy.

Gabe, Timm, and Frank were challenged to explore America’s changing and diversified agriculture and listened to input from major leaders in the industry. They had the opportunity to learn about careers in every agricultural sector and the colleges that could prepare them for those careers. They brought home new insight on current issues and inspiration for our chapter’s growth and success.
