Grade School vandalism, on-going investigation

The Martin Grade School building was the victim of a shameful act of vandalism last Tuesday morning, September 28.

Right away that morning, a custodian for Bennett County School District arrived at the school to the sight of shattered glass everywhere. At 4:43 a.m., she notified the police and everyone else she needed to. “I just want to commend our staff member that reported it immediately and followed a proper procedure,” Superintendant, Stacy Halverson said.
