Gertie Elizabeth Henry

Gertie Elizabeth Henry, 63, of Tulsa, Okla., passed away December 2, 2012, in Tulsa.

Visitation services were held Thursday, December 6, at the Sioux Funeral Home, Pine Ridge. Graveside services were held following visitation at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Wounded Knee, with Mr. David Lays Bad officiating.

Survivors include her children, Temple Sicard, Richfield, Utah, Michelle Curtis and Trudy Curtis, both of Billings, Mont, Fabian Curtis, Sheila Curtis, Kelli Blankenship, and Kimberly Henry, all of Tulsa; brothers, Toby, of Arizona, and Lymon Bear Robe, Rapid City; sister, Rosella Kills Night, Lame Deer, Mont.; and numerous grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her spouse, Elmer Vern Henry; son, Kyle Henry; parents, David and Naomi (Clinchers) Standing Bear; and sister, Delia Bear Robe.
