Kamilla Tonique Sioux Calf “Wanbli Ta Canku Win,” 16, of Rapid City, S.D., passed away November 5, 2020, in Rapid City.
Kamilla Tonique Sioux Calf “Wanbli Ta Canku Win” was born on August 25, 2004, in Rapid City to Laforce Sioux Calf and Karen Bush. Kamilla made her journey to the Spirit World on November 5, 2020, in Rapid City.
Kamilla is survived by her mother, Karen Bush, Rapid City; father, Leforce Sioux Calf, Texas; siblings, Kerron “Mimi” Sioux Calf, Rapid City, Dante Witt, Martin, Kagan Sioux Calf, Desta Sioux Calf, Patra (Colven Long Knife) Sioux Calf, all of Lame Deer, Mont., Kiana (Michael DuBray) Whirlwind Horse, and Dallas Whirlwind Horse, both of Rapid City; maternal grandparents, Fred Bush, Sr. and Felicia Bush, both of Rapid City; and nieces, Aurora and Mikaia DuBray.
Kamilla was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Charlene Bush-White Horse and Louie White Horse; paternal grandparents, Max and Beullah Sioux Calf; uncle, Curtis Ant, and aunts, Theresa Ant-High Bull and Colleen Spang.
A one night wake service will be held starting at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 14, at the American Legion Hall in Martin.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, November 15, at the American Legion Hall in Martin, with John M. Bush, Sr. officiating.
Burial services will be held at the Lakota Chapel Cemetery in Martin.
