Donroy C. Ghost

Donroy C. Ghost, 70, of Rapid City, S.D., passed away November 10, 2020, in Sioux Falls.

Donroy C. Ghost was born on September 26, 1950, in Pine Ridge to Edison Ghost and Eva (Yellow Horse) Young. Donroy made his journey to the Spirit World on November 10, 2020, at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls.

Donroy is survived by Francine Buenorostro, Tamara Martinez, Susan Young, Shirldene Moser, Nolene Kocer, Carla Kocer, Kelly Young, Darlene Young, Harold Afraid of Hawk, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donroy was preceded in death by his parents, Eva Yellow Horse-Young and Edison Ghost; and siblings, Loretta Young-Bettelyoun, Lorrell Young, Louis Young, Ruth Ann Young, Darlene Ghost and Brian Ghost.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 19, at St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery in Rockyford, with Father Edmund Yainao, S.J. officiating.
