Thomas “Tom” Loomis

Thomas “Tom” Loomis, age 82, of Martin, S.D., died on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at his home in Martin.

Survivors include his wife Sharon, Martin; children: Elizabeth Loomis, Palm Desert, Calif., Jennifer Loomis, Seattle, Wash., Christine Loomis, Rapid City, Sam Loomis, St. Louis, MO, and Aspen Loomis, Martin; one grandson Morrison; brothers: Jim (Paula) Loomis, Hawaii and Pete (Lynn) Loomis, Monmouth, Ill.; sister Virginia “Ginger” (George) Parker, Fla.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2022, at the Martin Community Cemetery. At Tom’s request please do not wear black to the graveside service.
