Shirley JoAnn Bell, 61, of Number 4 Community, Oglala, S.D., passed away October 17, 2012, in Pine Ridge.
Survivors include her husband, Norbert Bell, Number 4 Community; children, Viron Black Feather, Pine Ridge, Vincent Black Feather, Virgil Black Feather and Lenny Lame, all of Number 4 Community, Kathleen Bell, Pierre, Melinda Bell-Spotted Elk, Pine Ridge, Crystal Bell-Little Moon, Pine Ridge, Karyn Wounded-Barrett, Number 4 Community, and Bee Jay and Bucorey Bell, Pine Ridge; sisters, Carol Wounded, Number 4 Community, and JoAnn Sierra, Pine Ridge; brother, Colby Iron Horse, Number 4 Community; and grandchildren, Mato Black Feather, Germany, Mni Black Feather, Germany, Lake Black Feather, Oregon, and numerous grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sons, Fernando Black Feather and Leo Black Feather; and mother, Bertha Wounded White Bull.
Wake Services: Two night wake service starting at 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD.
Funeral Services: 2:00 PM, Monday, October 22, 2012 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD.
