Survivors include his mother, Julia Randall, Wanblee; significant other, Ann Fugate, Kadoka; daughters, Tyra Fugate, Kadoka, and Teija Ashley, Wanblee; brothers, Anson Randall, Rapid City, Gary Blue Legs Jr., and Brennan High Horse, both of Wanblee; sisters, Taneal Randall and Kaitlynn Randall, Wanblee, and Brianna High Horse, Rapid City.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Blue Legs Sr.; maternal grandfather, Joseph Randall; and paternal grandparents, Wallace and Melissa Blue Legs.

Wake Services:  Two night wake service starting at 3:00 PM, Thursday, November 8, 2012 at the Crazy Horse School in Wanblee, SD.

Funeral Services: 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Crazy Horse School in Wanblee, SD
