Lady Warriors secure victory over weak Jones County team

Bennett County Lady Warriors picked up their third win of the season and first win at home on Saturday, October 5, against a weak Jones County team. Big kills, awesome dives and good saves pushed the Lady Warriors to a 3-0 win over the Lady Coyotes.

Warriors shut out by Wildcats in Custer

The Custer Wildcat football team defended their home turf well, taking a 41-0 win over Bennett County in high school football action last Friday. 

Bennett County will play their final game of the season Friday at Pine Ridge as the last game on the schedule, McLaughlin, has been cancelled because McLaughlin forfeited their season because of lack of players.

BCHS Football vs Gordon/Rushville

Bennett County traveled to Gordon last Friday, and Saturday, to face the Mustangs in high school football action, falling 12-6 in overtime. Not only did the game go into overtime, but it went to a second day as lightning forced the game to be halted with just over six minutes to go in the first half on Friday night.

Warrior defense solid in loss to Hot Springs

Bennett County had some positives in a 21-0 loss in high school football play to Class 11A Hot Springs last Friday night, specifically the defensive effort by the Warriors.

BCHS Volleyball vs Gregory/ Lyman

The Bennett County Lady Warrior volleyball team hosted the Gregory Lady Gorillas for their second home game on Tuesday, September 17. The Lady Warriors fell in a three to one battle to the evenly matched Lady Gorillas.

Warriors score 34, shut out Falcons

The Bennett County Warriors football team bounced back from a week one loss to Lead-Deadwood to post an impressive shutout win over Todd County, 34-0 last Friday night in Mission.

Diggers turn big plays into shutout win over Warriors

Bennett County kicked off the 2019 football season in Martin last Friday night, hosting Lead-Deadwood, falling 39-0 to the Golddiggers.

The visitors didn’t take long to flash their speed as Jordy Stulken took the opening kickoff and sprinted 78 yards for a touchdown. The run for conversion failed making it a 6-0 Digger lead.
